To keep the pool area looking as good as possible , to prevent the mess that we had to deal with last year and to protect the whole community’s investment in one of our biggest assets we will be having a maintenance clean in late September  this is to lift all the summer dirt/ suncream etc out of the surface so that it remains in good condition and prevents problems in the future

I have been advised by the specialist cleaner that he has us scheduled in on the 16 and 17 th September and the pool will need to be closed for the duration of the clean

Thanks to the helpfulness of one of our owners we have been able to source the materials at less cost than last year also he arranged a less expensive transport arrangement

 and  he has managed to sort out all the customs/ import  issues that we experienced last year .. thankyou  James you have been fantastic !

If there are any changes to the dates I will of course let you know

Please be polite to the workman , he did a great job last time

It’s very specialist and I have been unable to find anyone else who does this work .. we don’t want to lose him
