How to enter your meter readings for Gas Natural

You must have available:- NIE Number & Meter reading

Select Idiomas (Language) from the top right hand corner and using the drop down menu Select ENGLISH.

Select ‘I’m a costomer’ from the menu across the top of the screen.

When the screen displays the next section, Select ‘Meter Reading’

A section is headed ‘Online’.

You can give us your meter reading via this link.   Click onlink.

The screen will re-fresh and here you enter:- Your NIE number (The one on your contract) and your meter reading.

You do not have to send a photograph of your meter.

Select Next

Select   Send Reading if all OK.
