Estimados propietarios,
Debido a circunstancias que están fuera de nuestro control y del presidente, la limpieza de la resina alrededor de la piscina no se han iniciado por parte del contratado.
El propietario de la empresa ha prometido que las obras comenzarán en torno al 26 de abril lo cual le tomará unos días en terminarlas y quedarán lo suficientemente secas como para poder caminar sobre ellas.
Insistimos en que tanto el presidente como el Administrador han estado persiguiendo los materiales que debían entregarse desde el otoño, que fueron retenidos en la aduana mucho más tiempo de lo previsto y este retraso ha generado los problemas con la agenda.
Si algún propietario tuviera dudas sobre esta información, tenemos constancia de todas la comunicaciones anteriores y posteriores por si fueran necesarias.
La empresa no ha recibido el pago íntegro y no lo recibirá hasta que las obras hayan concluido satisfactoriamente.
Los mantendremos informados en cuanto se comiencen las obras.
Debido a que esta empresa es la única reconocida para realizar este tipo de trabajos especializados es en cierta parte decepcionante.

Dear Owners,
Due to circumstances beyond our and the President`s control, the clean of the resin around the pool cannot commence by the contracted.
The owner of the company has now promised that the work will commence around the 26th April and will take a few days to be completed and dry enough to walk on.
We stress the both the President and Administrator have been chasing the materials to be delivered, since the autumn, which were held in customs far longer than anticipated and then scheduling issues have contributed for the delay. Of course, we do have records of all communications which have gone backwards, and forwards should any owner doubt the contents of this report.
The company have not been paid in full and won`t be until the work is completed satisfactorily.
We will issue an update as soon as the works are commenced.
It is disappointing, but the company being used is the only one known to do this specialised work.
