At a meeting yesterday (9th July 2018) with the Administrator, we were informed that the Top Gate in the shared road will not be altered to the electric gate until at least November.

This is apparently due to the fact that the installation company are not available, On checking with the Administrator we are assured the price remains the same. When we do get a definite date we will contact owners again to check who wishes to either purchase a fob or have the code put on Iria V existing fobs.
