Dear Homeowner,
As we have no neighbourhood watch coordinator, I am writing to advice you of the following incidents within the last week on our Urbanisation.
One homeowner came out late in the evening turned the water on in the property and it was running out into the road from the roof. THE TAP HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM THE ROOF.
Another homeowner has reported that they have two sheds on their roof, which are secured and no way can they be opened by the weather. The other morning when they opened the door onto the roof at the back of property BOTH SHED DOORS WERE OPEN, nothing was taken.
Couple weeks ago a set of ladders where found on the urbanisation and put into the shed. It turned out that they had been taken out of a garden and hidden in another garden. These were returned to the owners with a request that they do not leave them on show or they chain them securely.
Due to these recent incidents, we suggest all homeowners are vigilant and ensure that nothing is left out of any value and you get your keyholder to check your property if you are not here.
Any incidents should be reported to the police.
President.
