Dear Homeowner

Following a meeting today with the Painting Company, we can now confirm the work will commence on Monday 20th May 2019.

The Pool area balustrades and green area will be the first area to be done.  This area should be finished on Friday 24th May 2019.  It is hoped that the pool will remain open throughout, as long as no problems arise,  with the exception of Friday 24th all being well this is the only day that the pool will be CLOSED. to allow the floor area to be repainted.    We ask that everyone  give the workmen the space they require in order for this to be possible.  

The remaining areas of the urbanisation, such as alleyways and gates, will at some point be taped off so you would need to avoid these areas in order to give the painted doors / gates time to dry if you see a gate open do not close it we have a number of gates on the urbanisation so this should not cause any problem entering or leaving  the urbanisation. 

The work is expected to be completed all being well within a 2 to 3 week period, we would ask if you are planning any outside alterations that you refrain from having work done on the day the painters are painting in your area, this will only effect homes near the pool, gates or side of the alleyways, until the paint is dried.   Painting of the lamp posts should not cause any problems, please remove any plants or ornaments that you may have near them. 

We are sure you can appreciate work cannot be done on this scale without some disruption at some point to some homeowners, and we ask that you make this aware to anyone who will be staying in your home or visitors to the urbanisation.
