We will go with the majority and I will e mail you all with the outcome.
Following on from my email to all homeowners on 24th May 2019, We now have the quotation regarding the work that will need to be carried out on the pool. Also the report/factura on the repair carried out on 24th May in total since March approximately 500 euro has been spent on the two repairs in an attempt to keep the pool open, this cannot go on it does not make sense to keep paying out. So you all have the same information as I do.
The dates indicated below are a guide as until the pool is empty and a structural survey carried out it may well be that further work would be required if that is the case it would have an effect on the dates below. Also the cost would go up. The refilling of the pool is not obviously included in this quote, that is the urbanisations responsibility which would be included in the next due water bill after the work is completed.

POOL WOULD NEED TO BE CLOSED AS BELOW
THURSDAY 20TH JUNE COMMENCE EMPTYING THE POOL takes 3 to 4 days.
MONDAY 24TH JUNE LEAK TECH WOULD COMMENCE WORK
WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE EVENING all being well as long as no further problems have been detected, the work should be completed.
THURSDAY 27TH JUNE UP TO INCLUDING MONDAY 1ST JULY pool has to stand empty as indicated in the quotation report.
TUESDAY 2ND JULY all being well we can commence refilling the pool, which we have been informed will take between 7 to 10 days approximately, therefore the pool should be open either MONDAY 8TH JULY OR THURSDAY 11TH JULY WE MUST STRESS IF ALL GOES WELL.
Below are the reports and the options we have.
OPTION A COMMENCE THE WORK AS INDICATED ON DATES ABOVE.
OPTION B. THIS IS A CHANCE WE TAKE. KEEP POOL OPEN IF ANOTHER LEAK OCCURS THEN ARRANGE FOR WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT ASAP, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DATE. DUE TO THE DAMAGE IT COULD DO AND COST IN WATER. IF THE LEAK REPAIRS HOLD, HAVE WORK DONE BEFORE DECEMBER AS THIS QUOTE PRICE STANDS TILL DECEMBER 2019.

On a final note the electrical problem we had on the pool recently the replacement part was put in on 29th May. however, the pumps are failing now to stay on this is being looked at on Friday 31st May.
